2 slices of sourdough bread

1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.

    On a slice of sourdough bread, layer half of the sharp cheddar cheese evenly.

      Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture over the cheese layer, spreading it evenly.

        Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese.

          Place the second slice of sourdough on top to form a sandwich.

            In a skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.

              Carefully place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.

                Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.

                  Remove the sandwich from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing it in half.
